Good product, delivered fresh and on time.

We’re so happy with Bella and Duke. It’s helped so much with our dogs diet, less wind, and his bowel habits massively improved. Copper eats his within minutes and absolutely loves it. What we’re most impressed with is Bella and Dukes aftercare, what fantastic customer service. They regularly call to check on our dog, ensuring he’s enjoying his food and asking if they can help in any way. They check in before dispatching the next delivery to ask if you have any requests with flavours Coppers enjoying/not enjoying. I cannot recommend them enough. 5+ stars!

My dog Lola absolutely loved this Raw, and even though I hadn't cancelled my sub (being a little short of cash this month) once contacted they cancelled the order and fully refunded me. Amazing company great product and amazing customer service. Can't rate them high enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Both my dogs have been on Bella and duke a couple of years now. One took to it straight away although he would eat anything anyway. My other dog had pancreatitis about a year before and would often get a very hot back. She was very slow on walks and wasn’t her normal happy self. I researched about foods as the vets were not being very helpful really. She took a while to transfer over completely but I can honestly say I have a different dog, she is her old happy self, regained her energy on walks and more importantly her back no longer gets warm or hot. It has been well worth persisting with the journey. I still have to totally ignore her when she’s fed but she cleans her bowl and licks her lips after. So I guess if your struggling just keep going they will get there in the end and the benefits are amazing so thank you Bella and duke for helping us keep our dogs healthy.

Love the products however 80% of the packets were damaged when we removed them from the delivery box. We have had to re bag and re label them. Very time consuming.

As first time puppy owners we were anxious to get off to a good start where his diet was concerned. After having several telephone conversations with various members of staff we felt confident enough in the brand to place our first order. It couldn’t have been a simpler process and right on time the food delivery arrived (along with a free gift). Straight into the freezer compartment. We followed the portion sizing and it is a massive hit with our puppy. He is now fourteen weeks and waits with anticipation for each and every meal which he devours in moments. Unlike other dog foods it doesn’t smell and is easy to store, defrost and serve. Our puppy is super healthy, doesn’t smell at all and where his poo is concerned he does small torpedos that are easy to pick up and again don’t smell unpleasant. We are converted to raw and intend to stay with the brand. Thank you for your advice and support at the beginning.

Excellent product, service is fantastic, easy to use website, quick and easy to use and customer service amended an order for us within the hour.
It's fair to say the online experience was on par with the big names with order updates,emails, tracking and now feedback.
The FB page is very informative and has a B&D Community which is very good to support each other with pets, sharing knowledge and feedback on products and advice if needed.
